Luc is sadistic and cruel with no redeeming qualities. He excels at propeling himself to new moral lows and is for lack of a better word a human slug. After seducing Lilhy and learning of the Order he has made it his mission to gain control of it's vast funds. His recent attempts to aquire this knowledge have been thwarted by Azrael.
Weapons/equipment
Luc generally hires armed thugs and does not generally use weapons himself.
Powers/Abilities/Skills
Aside from incredible talent to exceed his basest cruelties Luc has no talents or skills that are apparent. He is thus little more than a sophisticated brute.
Weaknesses
Luc is a coward with no fighting skills, in short no match for Azrael.
